Keith Knight BA(Hons) Dip Arch(Shef) MA(York) IHBC RIBA SCA

Keith is a Chartered Architect who trained at the University of Sheffield where he was awarded the John Jenkinson Prize for the RIBA Final Examination. He holds a Masters Degree in Conservation from the University of York and is an RIBA accredited Specialist Conservation Architect "Suitable for those working on historic buildings of outstanding national importance, such as Grade I and II listed buildings or scheduled monuments, and with highly specialist skills in one or more aspects of conservation". This accreditation is recognised by English Heritage, Historic Scotland and Cadw, the Welsh Government's Historic Environment Service.

Keith offers a wide range of consultancy services and expert advice in the complex field of the historic built environment, architecture and planning. He assembles specialist professional teams to deliver projects that require expertise in the repair, restoration and development of historic buildings and places. His varied work experience spans the public, voluntary and private sectors where he has had lead responsibility for projects up to £10 million in value, and for contributing to schemes of up to £100m in value.

Janet Dean FRSA

Janet is a leading strategic adviser and consultant in the fields of leadership and change, housing, regeneration, health and social care. She leads DK Consultancy which specialises in providing interim and project management and expert advice and consultancy and works successfully across a wide range of specialisms. Janet has personally completed six large scale change projects as well many shorter assignments providing facilitation, coaching and mentoring and technical advice. Since 2011 she has been working on research and policy development in the field of Dementia Friendly Communities, and was co-author of the report published by Joseph Rowntree Foundation, ‘Creating a Dementia Friendly York’.

Janet holds a portfolio of Non-Executive roles in the not for profit and public sectors. She is Non-Executive Chair of Compass UK, a national drug and alcohol treatment charity, Deputy Chair of the Board of Governors and Chair of the Finance and Employment Committee of Sheffield Hallam University, and a main Board member of Metropolitan Housing Trust and Chair of its subsidiary Clapham Park Homes which is overseeing a half billion pound investment in new and refurbished housing in the London Borough of Lambeth.

Now in the second year of an MA in Creative Writing at York St John University, Janet is preparing to work as a freelance poet, fiction and script writer. A trained coach/mentor and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, she is interested in coaching within the creative industries.

Tom Dean Knight graduated in 2012 from Sheffield Hallam University after studying Interactive Media with Animation. Tom provides IT consultancy and web support to the Dean Knight Partnership. Since graduating, Tom became IT Officer for York Housing Association helping improve social media use and digital inclusion between tenants as well as day-to-day IT troubleshooting. Tom is now the director of Fully Mammoth, a digital solutions agency providing people and businesses with solutions to their digital problems.
